We want you to love what you ordered. Here's how returns, replacements and refunds work.

Damaged or misprinted items

If anything arrives damaged or with a printing error, we replace it free within 7 days of delivery. Just contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.

Personalised items

Because personalised products are printed uniquely for you, they can't be returned for a change of mind. Please double-check the spelling and details before you pay — you'll see a live preview at checkout.

Non-personalised items

Non-personalised items have a 7-day easy return for unused products in original condition.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as a coupon for COD orders) within 5–7 working days.
