Who We Are

A small Delhi team with a stubborn belief

We're a small team out of Delhi with one slightly stubborn belief: the stuff around you — your coffee mug, your bedsheet, the tee you gift your sibling — should sound like you. Loud, soft, sentimental, sarcastic, whatever you are.

That's the ya-ya energy: bold, warm, and a little cheeky. We're not a faceless catalogue churning out generic prints. We're the people who argue over whether a Rakhi design is funny enough, who test-wash the hoodies, and who actually read your reviews.

Most of us have been around for years now — long enough to have made the mistakes, learned every print quirk, and formed strong opinions about what makes a gift actually land. We stay small on purpose: small enough to care about your one order, set up enough to ship it across the country by tomorrow.

Print-on-demand, done right

We make almost everything to order — designed and printed when you buy it, not pulled from a mountain of pre-made stock. So we drop fresh designs constantly without betting the warehouse on them, waste barely anything, and have something ready for every occasion on the Indian calendar — Holi, Rakhi, Mother's and Father's Day, Diwali, Christmas — plus something for nearly every person in the family, the little ones included.

Our highs, our lows, and what they taught us

We didn't start with a plan and a pitch deck. We started with a small range of home things and a hunch that people wanted their spaces to feel a little more them.

The scrappy start

We launched in December 2014 with cushions, bedsheets, curtains and frames. In November 2015 we went live on Amazon India — and that's when it really took off.

The climb

The next few years were a sprint. We rode every festival — Holi tees, Rakhi gifts, Mother's and Father's Day, the big Diwali and Christmas rush — and became a genuine category leader in several of our niches. From the outside, it looked like we'd cracked it.

The hard part

Here's the bit most brands skip. Big sales aren't the same as a good business. We learned that the loud way — chasing volume on thin margins, watching too many products come right back as returns. So we made a decision that felt backwards at the time: we chose to get smaller. We cut the stuff people sent back, stopped chasing vanity numbers, and rebuilt around the things customers actually loved and kept. Less noise. Better products. It stung. It was also the smartest thing we ever did.

The turn

Then the economics swung our way — marketplace fee changes on affordable products made our sweet-spot pricing genuinely sustainable again. The lane we'd always wanted to own finally paid for itself. So here we are now: leaner, sharper, a lot wiser about margins and returns, and ready for a proper home of our own.
