How long does delivery take?
Every order is printed fresh and dispatched within 24 hours. Metros usually arrive in 2–3 working days and the rest of India in 4–7 working days after dispatch. Shipping is free over ₹599, and you'll get a tracking link by SMS/email.
Can I personalise the design, name or size?
Yes — personalised items are made to order. Choose the options on the product page and double-check spelling and details at checkout, where you'll see a live preview before you pay.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, we replace it free within 7 days of delivery — just message us with your order number and a photo. Non-personalised items also have a 7-day easy return for unused products.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Both Cash on Delivery and prepaid options (UPI / cards) are available at checkout.
Do you do bulk or corporate gifting?
Absolutely. Message us on WhatsApp with your quantity and timeline and we'll share bulk pricing and options.
