Please phone us rather than sending an email, as your order may have already been produced before we get round to your email.

Unfortunately, once an order has been received by our production team we can’t cancel it.

If your order is a non-personalized item and ins available in stock, we will be happy to cancel your order, so kindly contact us by phone immediately.

If your order is Made to Order and has been processed, we will not be able to Cancel your order.
