The Challenge

When Amdocs India, a leading multinational corporation in the software and communications domain, reached out to TheYaYaCafe, their goal was clear:

Create high-quality, personalized cricket jerseys for their employees participating in a corporate cricket tournament.

They wanted a solution that would:

• Represent their brand identity,

• Build a sense of team spirit,

• Ensure comfort and durability for the players, and

• Be delivered within a tight deadline before the tournament kickoff.

Our Approach

At TheYaYaCafe, we believe in blending personalization with performance. Here’s how we tackled the project:

1. Understanding the Brand & Team

We conducted a detailed discussion with Amdocs’ internal HR and event planning team to:

• Finalize the color palette and design themes based on their brand guidelines.

• Understand the team structure – number of teams, player names, jersey numbers, and sizes.

2. Design & Approval

Our in-house creative team designed 2–3 mockups with:

• A stylish cricket jersey layout featuring the Amdocs logo,

• Team names, individual player names, and numbers,

• Breathable dry-fit polyester fabric options in both round neck and collar styles.

Once we received the final approval, the jerseys went into production.

3. Production & Quality Control

We used sublimation printing for long-lasting and fade-proof results. Each jersey was:

• Tailored to the player’s size,

• Checked for stitching, print alignment, and fabric strength.

4. Timely Delivery

We ensured on-time delivery across Amdocs’ India offices within 10 working days, beating the expected timeline. Each jersey was individually packed and labelled, ready to be distributed to players.

The Result

• 100+ custom jerseys delivered across multiple teams.
